Cozy Casita is approximately 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach by car. Downtown Fort Myers is just 14 minutes away, and Sanibel Island is 30 minutes.

What is the minimum stay? +

Cozy Casita requires a minimum 30-night stay. We are a monthly snowbird rental available October 1 through April 30 only. We do not offer nightly or weekly rentals.

Are utilities included in the monthly rate? +

Yes — all utilities are included. Electric, water, sewer, and high-speed fiber WiFi are all covered in your monthly rate. No surprise bills, no setup required.

Why is booking direct cheaper than Airbnb or VRBO? +

Airbnb and VRBO charge guests service fees of 12–14% on top of the nightly rate. When you book directly with us at cozycasita.com, those fees disappear. We pass 3% of those savings directly to you as a lower rate — you pay less, we earn the same.

Is there a washer and dryer? +

Yes — Cozy Casita has a full-size in-unit washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Detergent starter supply is provided. No trips to the laundromat needed for your month-long stay.

Are pets allowed? +

No, pets are not permitted at Cozy Casita per HOA regulations.

How do I access the condo? +

Cozy Casita uses a smart lock keypad — no physical key needed. Your unique entry code is provided in your booking confirmation. Check-in is after 3:00 PM on your arrival date. The condo is on the second floor, accessible by approximately 12 stairs. There is no elevator.

What is the cancellation policy? +

For direct bookings, cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in forfeit the first month's rent. The security deposit is fully refundable upon checkout inspection.
